Pine Village is a Christian based, non-profit retirement community. Services include independent living, assisted living, health care, skilled care and memory care. We are looking for a well-qualified individual that desires to further our innovative efforts to bring a family dynamic to our staff and residents.

Transportation- Van Driver/CNA

• Starting wage is $12.00
• PRN
• CNA Certification Required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have clean driving record

FUNCTIONS

• Understand and follow basic concepts of infection control, including use of universal precautions. Consistently practices good hand hygiene techniques.
• Maintain safety standards as established by Pine Village, including use of safe operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents.
• Perform Range of Motion, transfers, and assist with ambulation following established procedures.
• Understand and follow federal and state Residents Rights including providing privacy, confidentiality, and promoting dignity.
• Interact effectively with residents, visitors, and all members of the health care team.
• Adapt the physical environment in response to resident's individual needs (light, air, temperature, noise, etc.

Standard shift varies:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekend shift
