A well-established cooperative in Eastern Kansas is seeking their next Location Manager for a grain and agronomy location. The company is very family-friendly and flexible with your personal life. Even during the busy season, they never work on Sundays.

The facility has grain, dry fertilizer, NH3, and a warehouse for seed and feed.

The ideal candidate will be an organized leader with great communication skills. You will be responsible for scheduling applicators, loading and unloading of materials, grain operations management, some sales and dispatching.

The desired candidate will have experience in Agronomy and/or Grain Operations, possess the ability to think on your feet and have some basic mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of agricultural equipment and understanding of farming practices in strongly preferred. The company will consider someone with experience, or is open to train the right person if they have drive and a willingness to learn.
