This role will be a hybrid opportunity - working both in the Buhler office located at: 111 Old Mill Lane Buhler, Kansas and remotely

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations by efficiently scheduling and coordinating field technicians.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

Scheduling Excellence:

  • Coordinate and schedule fiber and wireless dispatches, optimizing technician time and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and urgent requests.
Operational Support:
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to reschedule or update installations as needed.
  • Manage technician time allocations to maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with leads to address capacity constraints and fill scheduling gaps.
Customer Focus:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and dispatch update requests.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide accurate information and resolve issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Construction teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Partner with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

Experience/Knowledge Required:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of work experience
Preferences:
  • Previous dispatching experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in telecommunications
