  2024-11-22     LHH     all cities,KS
Description:

CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN THE KANSAS AREA.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for our next Legal Recruiter to join our internal LHH team. Would you like to work for a nationally recognized leader in legal recruiting? We are growing. Please apply if you have a JD, have ever considered legal recruiting, or already have experience!

This position is primarily remote, but candidates must live in the Kansas area and be available to work M-F from 8:00 AM—5:00 PM in the Central Time Zone. Sometimes, working outside of standard business hours is necessary to best serve clients and candidates. You will also be required to attend on-site training meetings and conduct on-site client visits in the Pittsburgh area periodically.

At LHH Recruitment Solutions, you are part of an evolving organization where our strategic mission is to help you accomplish your goals while you help our Clients and Candidates surpass theirs! We take a vested interest in your success from your very first day! You will participate in our best-in-class remote training program. The New Colleague Training (NCT) program is a paid training program where you'll not only have the support of your colleagues but also receive support, coaching, and guidance from your training manager. Both will be your support system, and you will connect daily in your virtual classroom. NCT is a combination of group instruction, and you'll also have the autonomy to soar and thrive on your own!

Some of our most successful colleagues are former legal professionals or have come from professional recruiting roles.

This position is responsible for recruiting and vetting candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire legal roles. You will also meet with your team daily and work together to recruit and find great legal talent.

  • This role may be the right fit for you if: You offer staffing, sales, or legal experience (paralegals, attorneys, JDs, and executive legal assistants who want to recruit and sell our services are welcome to apply)
  • You want to join a company with excellent benefits, a positive culture, and professionally tenured people who are passionate about their careers
  • You are motivated and kind and want to help your clients and candidates
  • Enjoy a culture of helping, celebrating success, and encouraging each other
  • You want an actual, long-term career and not just a job
  • You get excited about unlimited commission and being rewarded for your hard work

Requirements:

  • A law degree or legal experience is strongly preferred, as is prior recruiting experience in the legal space
  • Ability to prioritize and manage your time well
  • A personable, helpful demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication
