Budget Car and Truck Rental of Wichita is taking applications for a part-time customer service and rental agent at our Hutchinson rental location. Friday-Monday availability preferred. Schedule will be 8 am-6 pm on weekdays, 8 am-12 pm Saturdays. Budget offers competitive pay and benefits such as 401 K matching, PTO, health, dental, vision, and other perks. Responsibilities. Greet customers using standard dialogue. Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damage, directions, etc. Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions. Monitor traffic control. Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage. Report damages to on-duty supervisor. Scan returning vehicles back into system. Provide computerized receipt to customer. Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions, etc. Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed.
