Ultimate Escape Day Spa is looking for a spa coordinator/receptionist to join our team.Salon or Day Spa experience is a must!Must be available to work some evenings and weekends!Must excel in the following:Computer and phone skillsMulti-taskingCommunicationProfessionalismCustomer serviceOrganization and task managementStrong sales skillsDay-to-day tasks include:Checking clients in/outAnswering phone callsBooking appointmentsAnswering detailed client questions about products/servicesEnsuring clients feel welcome and have the best experience possible, offering water/hot tea upon arrivalEscorting clients to their locker room to change and prepare for servicesMaintaining cleanliness and organization of front desk/lounge areasProviding exceptional professionalism and customer service on phone callsScheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments accuratelyPlacing timely confirmation calls for guest appointmentsVerifying and collecting guest payments, following procedures to protect sensitive informationWashing and storing linens in accordance with Kansas Board of Cosmetology standardsPart Time Salary: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
