Are you passionate about fostering an exceptional workplace experience while driving impactful HR administration? Seat King is seeking a People Services Manager who thrives on leadership, accountability, and faith-driven engagement to join our team.


This role is mission-critical and operates within the secure environment of the Hutchinson Correctional Facility, our Hutchinson and Wichita downtown office supporting Seat King. As a People Services Manager, you will serve as a key leader overseeing HR administration, team engagement, and leadership coaching.


This opportunity is perfect for HR professionals who excel in both detail-oriented processes and meaningful people interactions, with a heart for creating positive change.


Work Location: This role requires on-site support at our Hutchinson downtown office and at the Hutchinson Correctional Facility where Seat King's production team is located. Depending upon business needs, there is the possibility of working out of our Wichita office while Hutchinson is our main location and support need.


Key Responsibilities:


  • HR Administration: Ensure 100% accuracy in managing employee records, HRIS updates, and compliance with Department of Corrections (DOC) protocols.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Lead seamless and compliant onboarding processes while being a trusted resource for employee inquiries.
  • Leadership Coaching: Empower managers and supervisors through coaching, performance feedback, and leadership skill-building to foster a culture of growth and accountability.
  • Compliance: Enforce Department of Corrections (DOC) security and legal standards in all human resources processes while maintaining internal policies with unwavering diligence.

  • HR Satisfaction: Achieve 85%+ satisfaction in team surveys.
  • Timely Resolutions: Resolve 95% of HR inquiries within 48 hours.
  • Training Completion: Ensure all team members complete leadership-approved training.
  • Compliance Excellence: Maintain zero compliance-related costs through 100% adherence to DOC and company policies.
