As a Business Development Director at Sedgwick, you'll have the opportunity to take on new challenges and help solve complex problems for the world's best brands.
To expand and enhance the company's top line through diligent relationship building and maintenance with prospective clients across an area; to identify and address prospective and existing client opportunities for marketing the company's programs; and to ensure sales goals, objectives and profit margins are met.
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who thrive in a collaborative environment, who are driven to deliver great work, are customer-oriented and are naturally empathetic.
Education & Licensing: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university required. Bachelors degree with major in Business Administration, Finance or Risk Management preferred. Licenses as required. Possession of, or progress towards, CPCU and/or ARM designation required.
Experience: Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include five (5) years of relationship building in the claims management or risk management area.
Skills & Knowledge:

Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines.
