What You'll Do
As an Applications Analyst, you'll be responsible for the support, maintenance, documentation, and configuration executions of the business applications for the origination and servicing processes. You'll focus on system performance, meeting quality standards, and ensuring user access management follows established policies and procedures. You'll work with project teams to maximize productivity with the goal of making MMS a more efficient organization.

• Design and maintenance of business applications while collaborating withinthe team on problem solving efforts, analysis, network connectivity and integrations.
• Business applications setup for partner onboarding and acquisitions.
• May provide business applications training to partners and staff.
• Collaborates on technical issues with partners using MMS applications.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• Associate degree required. Bachelor's degree is preferred or industry experience equivalent.
• 2-3 years of related experience is required.
• Prior mortgage industry technical experience preferred.
• Experience working with ICE Mortgage Technologies Encompass platform required.
• Must successfully demonstrate a high attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of web-based programming preferred.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully maintain confidentiality.
• Persuasive and professional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently or in a team environment.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. May need to complete work after hours or on weekends as needed.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand or sit, talk, hear, and operate a computer and telephone. Light to moderate lifting is occasionally required.
