Technical Product Manager (Remote)

Carex is partnering with a Health Insurance industrypartner to hire a Technical Product Manager. This is a contract to hire opportunity, and will be remote.

What Youll Do

• Develop and lead technology strategies for .NET-based solutions and automation tools aligned with core operational objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software applications and automation initiatives, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to modernize systems and increase process efficiency.
• Translate complex business needs into technical roadmaps and solutions that support organizational growth.
• Lead and mentor engineering and automation teams while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business and project stakeholders to align development efforts with strategic goals and timelines.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, compliance (HIPAA, CMS), and security requirements.
• Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and enhance operational consistency across business functions.
• Maintain integration with core insurance administration systems and regulatory frameworks.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
• OR associate degree with 8+ years of experience
• OR high school equivalency with 11+ years of experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading technology teams in a management or supervisory capacity
• Proven experience implementing .NET-based applications (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and automation technologies such as RPA and BPM
• Strong background in integrating software with insurance systems and navigating regulatory environments
• Proficiency in scripting languages, including Python, used in automation workflows
• Clear ability to connect technology strategies with business goals and operational effectiveness
• Demonstrated success communicating technical concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work remotely with reliable high-speed, non-satellite internet access
